Retail Associate

We are hiring a Retail Associate for our store in Shillong.

The role involves delivering a strong in-store customer experience, assisting customers with product selection, driving sales through effective selling and cross-selling, and supporting daily store operations. You will be expected to maintain floor standards, follow billing and cash discipline, help with stock handling and replenishment, and ensure the store consistently meets service and presentation standards.

Criteria:

• Must have prior experience as a Retail Associate in a retail store (mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive KPIs
• Basic understanding of billing, stock processes, and store discipline
• Comfortable with shift schedules, weekends, and peak season working
• Shillong based or willing to work in Shillong
