Dinesh Dugar is a commerce graduate and UK trained accountant with over three decades of experience in the retail sector. He was instrumental in establishing Raymond retail stores between 1990 and 1994, and continues to provide leadership across finance, business planning, and strategic governance.
He is also actively engaged in philanthropic initiatives through family-led charitable organisations in Rajasthan. Mr. Dugar serves as a Trustee of Gandhi Vidya Mandir, which oversees IASE University in Rajasthan, an institution that educates more than 20,000 students.
A BSc graduate from King’s College London, established the business in 2006 and leads key responsibility areas spanning distribution, retail operations, and business expansion for the adidas and Reebok brands. The role focuses on shaping regional growth through strategic network planning, store rollout, and cross-functional alignment to ensure brand-consistent execution across formats.
With a strong emphasis on operational excellence, and market development, the mandate includes strengthening partner relationships, driving performance across the retail network, and elevating consumer experience standards to support long-term growth for both adidas and Reebok in Eastern India.

Manish Sirohia began his journey with CS Retail in distribution, supporting the early growth of the Reebok business. With the launch of the first Reebok store in 2005, he transitioned into exclusive brand retail and took ownership of store operations and performance during the formative years of the retail network. As Business Head, he provides overall leadership for business planning and execution, aligning teams, processes, and partners to deliver consistent retail standards and commercial outcomes.
