We are hiring a Store Manager for our retail store in Guwahati, Assam.
This role will lead end-to-end store performance including sales target delivery, team management, customer service excellence, inventory and cash discipline, visual merchandising standards, and daily operational execution. You will be responsible for driving KPIs, coaching and developing the team, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, and maintaining a consistently high-quality in-store experience.
We are specifically looking for someone who can drive growth for our store through strong floor leadership and smart store-level strategising: improving footfall and conversion, increasing repeat customers, identifying category opportunities, planning local initiatives, and executing peak-period action plans to consistently improve performance.
Criteria:
- Must have prior experience working as a Store Manager in a retail store (mandatory)
- Proven track record of driving store growth and meeting targets
- Strong people leadership and floor management skills
- Comfortable with shift schedules, weekend working, and peak season retail demands
- Guwahati based or willing to relocate to Guwahati, Assam
- Ability to speak Assamese is essential for this role
